Funds security & Segregation

Alpari (UK) is authorised and regulated by the United Kingdom’s Financial Services Authority (FSA). All firms regulated by the FSA are obliged to meet the strictest financial standards, including capital adequacy requirements.

All capital not being used for margin purposes is fully segregated into a special client account kept separate from Alpari (UK) company funds. Client funds will not be used to pay back creditors should Alpari (UK) default or become insolvent.

Retail clients may be eligible to make a claim from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) in the event Alpari (UK) is unable to meet its financial obligations, depending on status and the nature of the claim.
